Certain infections will have obvious manifestations and some can exist without any symptoms. Most of these diseases can be detected by appropriate investigations in either blood or urine. Some can be decided only by the symptoms alone.

No problem sir.
I’m single, yes. I had a run in with herpes a few years ago but I was wearing a condom and I got myself tested as well. It ended up being a negative for me having the virus. I short I was clean. My symptoms were bumps around my scrotum area and around the shaft itself. I figured they were penal palpules, but I popped a few and only one or two ended up having some sort of clear fluid along with blood in it. Afterwards it looked like it has dried up for now. I’ll send a picture of the area of concern. Thank you

Brief Answer:
Looks like hair folliculitis. Consult a Dermatologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hu,
Welcome back.
The picture sent by you does not seem to be either Genital Herpes or penile papules...
They looks like hair folliculitis (bacterial infection). Consult a Dermatologist nearby and get well soon.

Brief Answer:
Pictures are from different region and seems different lesions
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
In the first picture sent by you (https://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/MultiAction?task=documentAccess&documentId=178083) the lesions were found in hairy area with erythema and popped up pustules which fit with hair folliculitis.
Whereas the subsequent pictures (https://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/MultiAction?task=documentAccess&documentId=178151
https://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/MultiAction?task=documentAccess&documentId=178152) sent by you revealed a reddish papule over the inner aspect of foreskin of your penis could be due to a healing lesion of Genital Herpes.
In my opinion get a consultation from a Dermato-venereologist nearby. That will be useful for your future also.
Get well soon.

Could it be anything else?
Brief Answer:
Personal examination will be the best to arrive at diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I don't understand your question whether about the first picture or about the next two pictures sent by you?
Anyhow, whatever may be my opinion, it will be better to see a Dermatovenereologist in person. Get examined and investigated. Then only correct diagnosis can be arrived.
