The first day of my last period was last Thursday and it is regular because I am on birth control pills. But the blood was brown and not heavy at all and only lasted three days.
I didn’t use a second form of protection and I haven’t been able to access an at home pregnancy test yet.
I have tender breasts, lower back pains, and cravings.

Brief Answer:
No risk of being pregnant.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
Taking count that you are on birth control there is no (or very low) possibility of being pregnant. If you take contraceptives pills correctly they can give you 99% of protection.
Don't take pregnancy test because your period is so near that it can't show anything and you are also not pregnant.
The symptoms you are having may be caused by stress because there is not much risk of pregnancy.
