Tab. Calcimax forte Plus once daily for 30 days.
For sleep disturbance, you can use melatonin skin patch 30 mins before going to bed. Use it for a week or 10 days and then you can slowly alternate and use it only when required.

To relieve stress, deep breathing exercises for 20 minutes twice daily and regular walking not brisk for 30 minutes daily helps control BP and anxiety.
