Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask A Doctor"

I have gone through your query and from the details you have provided, you seem to be having symptoms pertaining to a Migraine attack. migraine attack usually presents unilaterally and more commonly over the temple region.

I would suggest you to do the following:
- Take any OTC painkillers like Tylenol, as an when needed for pain relief.
- Avoid tea or coffee to the maximum as caffeine can exacerbate migraine.
- Get adequate amount of sleep.
- Get your vision tested if not done recently.

It is not a good idea to take aspirin for pain relief at your age other than for reasons specified and indicated by your treating physician. Please take Tylenol and get some sleep. Kindly revert back for any further queries.

I hope this helps,

Regards
