
I'm Having Bilateral Thigh Pain, Knee Pain , Lower Back

Question: I'm having bilateral thigh pain, knee pain, lower back pain... Pain in the sides of the buttocks for more than 2 weeks... I was doing some home workouts for two months which includes squatting... The pain started after I was wearing a high heels and walking for a km.. I'm feeling the pain while walking , walking down the stairs exactly at the sides of my knee joint.. while lying down I can feel the pain in the back...

Do you have any low back pain that radiates to your legs?
Any tingling and numbness sensation?
It is possible that you may have a slip disc that is compressing in the nerves to your legs if you have back pain that radiates to your legs.
Since you have a painful point on the knees it could be early arthritis.
It would be advisable to avoid precipitating factor like high heels and see if it improves. Avoid bending forward or lifting heavy objects.
Do get an xray of the knees if possible.

Dear sir, Thank you..yes.. I do have a low back pain that radiates to the sides of the buttocks.. I don't feel any numbness... and especially the lower inner side of my thigh and the edge of the knee joint...I feel pain in the outer side of the knee when walking with more force.. Early arthritis... Is that dangerous? Can I be able to workout again?
