Hi,

You can use ALLEGRA up to 120mg for your cold and runny nose even if you are feeding an infant. You can use once a day at night.

Allegra 120mg is considered safe.
Allegra is prescription only medication in XXXXXXX and over the counter in US so it very safe. You may need prescription to buy it ideally.

This medicine is an anti-allergic. It may be used as needed or upto 2 times a day for 2-3 days. Cold usually subsides in 5-7 days. It is only needed for control of symptoms like runny nose, sneezing etc
