I’m a 23 year old female. The pain seems to come and go, it feels similar to period cramps but only in my left lower abdomen
Brief Answer:
Antispasmodic. Test of urine, blood, stool, Ultrasound to confirm.
Detailed Answer:
Please give full details.
Spasmodic pain is seen in the following cases:
Stone in left ureter.
Problems related to left ovary/Fallopian tube.
Colitis meaning inflammation of descending colon.
Take an antispasmodic for symptomatic relief and get the following things done asap (as soon as possible).
Consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation.
Send the blood, urine and stool for tests.
Ultrasound of whole abdomen can help to pinpoint the diagnosis in most of the cases.
Once a proper diagnosis is done then a specific treatment will help you to get a cure.
I hope this answer helps you.
