I'm Having Migraines Everyday I Do Struggle With Anxiety .

You should consider prophylaxis...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Tylenol and other over the counter pain medications works briefly to stop migraine pain. However it doesn't prevent fresh ones from happening in future. Migraine is a chronic and recurring headache. And when it's happening almost every days, especially along with anxiety, I will recommend you start preventing medications. If you haven't tried any already, I will suggest propranolol / amitripytline or calcium channel medication. These are effective migraine prophylaxis agents and they will not raise heart rate.
There are other home and life style measures which could help such as regular sleep, never missing a meal and avoiding trigger factors (many individuals have migraine triggers - find your trigger factors). These changes do help; but they are not as effective as preventive medications. Please visit a doctor nearby and discuss about it.
Hope this helps. let me know if you need clarifications.
