Brief Answer:
You should get an Ultrasound abdomen done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Liver and Gall bladder is the important organs present in the Right Upper Quadrant of the Abdomen. Ultrasound abdomen will guide to the possible causes.

If Ultrasound abdomen is normal, then it could be Musculoskeletal pain. Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside will help.

Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.

Wish you good health.
