inositol or curcumin can be used?
what can I do to stop my periods
Brief Answer:
Detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing again.
I have gone through your queries and here are your answers:
1. Curcumin need not be taken specially as it is an ingredient in the food prepared in the XXXXXXX way. You can take with milk.
2. Inositol is mostly safe when taken by mouth. Instead of taking it, you can have plenty of greens and fresh vegetables and fruits.
3. To stop the period, as I mentioned earlier, you have to use styptics and hormones, mainly progesterone. This is to be done after a proper clinical evaluation and hormone assay, sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route, blood counts and urinalysis .
A few courses of hormones along with lifestyle changes are often helpful.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if you need anything else.
