I’m about 30 lbs overweight, avoid processed foods, drink plant protein shakes for breakfast most days and work out 5 days a week doing weight lifting and yoga. Would appreciate any advice. Thank you

I think you are having a diary intolerance that means your body is creating inflammation when you eat diary products and this leads to your symptoms bloating, diarrhoea, stomach upset and even joint pain.
You should exclude diary products from diet and also other foods that may contain milk, yogurt and other diary products.
Drink at least 8 onces of water. Don't include too much fiber in your diet such oat meal and fruits and vegetables because they can give you more bloating and gas.
Also take oral probiotics to establish your intestinal flora.
Also doing physical activity and exercises can help your intestinal transit.
