I’m Just Wondering The Reason For This. Whenever I Lay

Question: I’m just wondering the reason for this. Whenever I lay on my stomach and prop my head up I feel this immense amount of pressure in my head that makes my eyes water and feel like weird. Almost like I would pass out if. Once I move into a different position I am fine and the pressure goes away immediately.
I do have allergies, I take allergy meds for this.

Brief Answer:
Cervical spine issues.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think this is related to allergy or to allergy medications.
It seems to be quite position dependent pain and pressure.

It is possible that when you extend your neck you stretch a nerve or nerves from the spinal cord leading to your symptoms.
The watering of eyes may come due to pain. You may want to see an orthopedic specialist, do an x-ray or MRI to see the conditions of your cervical spine that may trigger this.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
