Question: I'm male, age 65, @ 168lbs, 6'1", athletic, but sit all day at work. Can still run a bit with our Huskies. Taking no medicines, only Omega3 OmegaXL brand 4caps/day. Occasional Ibuprofen 2-3 X per mo. for sore back, tight muscles from yard work. No drug use. 1 glass @ 5-6oz red wine with dinner. Ocassional shot of whiskey or rum. No smoking. Lean body type. Recently cut sugar, sweets, dramatically, drink mostly tap water.
@ April 2018 began to have swelling in lower right leg: mostly ankle and lower calf. Occasionally there is minor pain on the inside skin of the lower leg. No pain in toes. No apparent neuropathy.
