Question: I'm newly married, married for 3 months. I'm afraid that I've erectile dysfunction. Previously I had no erection issues. I went to an urology doctor he prescribed me cialis10mg but no improvement. I've increased dosage to 20mg and had testosterone supplement but much improvement. I'm able to get erections some time but couldn't sustain till penetration.
Do I have physical problem or is it psychological? By consciously I think it's psychological but subconsciously I don't know.

Is there any medicine if I have psychological problem, if it's by subconscious.

Thanks!!!

Brief Answer:
Possible psychological problems.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may be having a psychological problem since you didn't have ED 3 months before and since it didn't improve for cialis and testosterone. I think it may come from stress and anxiety.
You can talk to a concelor or psychologist for this problem. A therapist can do cognitive therapy to find the specific triggers like stress, anxiety or low self esteem and to change them and help you have a more positive and realistic approach to sex.
Exercising, and loosing weight can help relieve stress and anxiety and also can improve health conditions.

Hope I have answered the question.

Brief Answer:
Psychological therapy is advisable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
There is not any medication about psychological problems related ED.
The best way is to talk to a psychologist or consolor. Also talking to your partner can help you find support and pass this situation.
If viagra is not working you can try alprostadil urethral suppositories.
Also more natural supplements such horny goat weed may be advisable.
