Brief Answer:
Likely to be Acute paronychia, oral & topical antibiotic, incision & drainage

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service,
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.

It seems to be an acute paronychia which is inflammation of the nail fold.
It's recommended to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics.
I would recommend you to take tablet Cephalexin 500 mg twice daily and apply Fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days. These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

You can go for incision and drainage of the affected area but under the supervision of the doctor.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
Dr. Asmeet
