I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Lisinopril is an anti hypertensive drug,used to reduce blood pressure and for prevention of stroke,kidney failure ,heart failure and coronary diseases thereby.
It belongs to a drug group called ACE(Angiotensin converting enzyme)inhibitors.

Common side effects of lisinopril are-
Dry hacking nonproductive cough .It occurs after a period of treatment.
Dizziness,Headache
Fatigue,lassitude,exhaustion
Nausea,vomitings,stomach upset,Diarrhea
Coryzal symptoms
Decreased libido
Rash,facial swelling,bronchospasm and anaphylaxis.....etc

The frequent urination is not usually reported side effect and seems independent of it.

If you are taking Lisinopril in combination with Hydrochlorthiazide(Diuretics/Water pills),it may make you pee more frequently as they work by making the body get rid of extra salt and water,thus reducing BP and edema.
