hello im worried i could be pregnant again i had a baby 4 months ago i was suposed to get my period yesterday and it didnt come i have severe lower abdominal pain and period like pains also a clear thick snott like discharge i ook a test also and says negative

It is unlikely to get pregnant again within 6 months if you are breastfeeding your baby. Post delivery there can some irregular periods too so i would suggest you to wait for 2 to 3 days. For pain you can take tab. Dolo 650 that is safe while breast feeding also. You can get an ultrasound scan for a definite re assurance.
