In 2003-2004 I Injured My Back While I Was In

Question: In 2003-2004 I injured my back while I was in the military serving in Iraq. I never had trouble out my back before then. Would you say that 50% or greater more likely than not my back injury in Iraq is what’s causing my back pain today. I am also up loading a doctor report.

Here are reports from my doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi Don
Thanks for the query
I have read your query and read the attached single report.
With the given post-injury clinical report it is difficult to say what percentage of your disability has come from the injury, because a comparison is needed from pre-injury with the post-injury disability indices.
It mentions you of having Cervical and Low back disabilities in the range of 30-40%.
If you have a clinical examination report before the injury them I can compare it with the post-injury report to be able advise further.
Also if you do have an xray and/or MRI report of your spine please do share it if possible, so that I can comment if they were chronic degenerative changes or the disability is out of possible acute injury.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
