Hello

Taking into consideration the the medical details provided by you and also considering your age group and gender basic cardiac evaluation is advisable.

However before giving any opinion I would like to know few things

1. Are you diabetic?
2. Any other medical illness?
3. Family history of heart disease in your maternal family?
4. Do you smoke?
5. Also I would like to have a look at your ecg myself so kindly upload a clear image of your ecg.

Hello again

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the feedback.

Taking into consideration all your entire history your symptoms should not be ignored and should be evaluated.

It’s highly advisable that you should personally consult a cardiologist and get an ECG, Echocardiography and a stress test done.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. I will do that. I had additional blood work done and by B12 levels were 1949- very high, Im sure that can't be good.

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX low vit b12 is quite common but such a high level of vit b12 is very rare and needs evaluation. The two most important factors that can cause this are

1. Liver disease such as Cirrhosis and Hepatitis

2. Myeloproliferative disorders like polycythemia Vera

I would like to suggest you to discuss this with your primary physician so that this can be evaluated.
