
Why In My Sleep I Go On Long And Extremely Rude Rants To My Girlfriend?

Question: In my sleep I go on long and extremely rude rants to my girlfriend, I have my eyes open the whole time during the rant so she can't even tell that I'm asleep. Afterwards I remember none of this in the morning and I don't know what to do, I don't want to hurt her but I don't know how to stop doing this in my sleep.
