In The Last Couple Of Years During The Summer I

Question: In the last couple of years during the summer I develop blind pimples in the groin area lower part, I do not shave down there, the hair is not that bad. I do trim the regular hair periodically. I live in florida and gets very warm down here. I retired last October and have been doing a lot of yard work, more than usual. I wear cotton underwear (jockey) and wear loose capris when out in yard and around the house. The blind pimples are sore and don't look like a boil but in the past when I squeezed only blood came out. the last couple of nights I have applied warm washcloth and antibiotic oint. My sister has a tendency to get boils and uses boil eaze, but I don't think I have boils (I am an RN) this almost look like blood blisters?? please advise. I am prone to breaking out yes at 64 I still break out, once in a while I will get a blind pimple on my face that hurts like ..... I am 5' 6 1/2 and not obese but little overweight.
