In The Standard Complete Blood Count , What Are The

Question: In the 'standard' complete blood count, what are the most important tests results that are flagged 'low' or 'high'? In my latest result of 'whole blood' the out of range tests are as follows: All others are normal, of course.
WBC low @ 4.7
LY# low @ 1.0
RBC low @ 4.65
--------------
EO% high @ 3.2
BA% high @ 1.1
MCH high @ 32.3
MPV high @ 10.7
Given the above results this August, 2018 ... when should I ask for Retuximab? .. or can I even ask for that? January 2019 I will be entering in year 7 of the diagnosis (Jan 2012)

Then again, is the Retuximab / Chemo option a 'one shot' effort to 'kick the can down the road'? .. as this is one of the only protocols that are options (or a drug very similar to Retuxin.)
