
Infertility Problem, Semen Analysis Report. What Does Report Mean?

Question: Please, I need your help to solve my infertile live, below is my report but some words are not obvious because the doctor language is difficult to read:
Seminal Fluid Analysis
Macroscopical Ex. Abstenation period: 3 days
-Volume: 3 ml Reaction: Alkaline Odor: Musty
-Color &Consistency: Whfish, fluid after liquefaction
- liquefaction time in minutes: 30 normal
Microscopical Ex.

-Count: 56*10^ ml
- 70% normal morphology
6
- Count in specimen: 168*10^
Motility:
15% Active
10% Sluggish
75% Immotile
Other findings: Spermilyt (3-4) HP
Comment: Sulof specimen, Necrospermia
Please I need your help, as i said, some words are not clear but i think you will know the problem, I'll be very grateful for the answer

I'm confused now it might not be subsoft, i don't know???? (doctors language)

From your reports, I would like to make the following comments (correct me if I am wrong):
Total Sperm count: 56 million/ml (It is normal)
Normal morphology: 70%
Active Motility: 15% (Low)
If your report is as above, the only issue is low motility which is not a big problem. The medications you are taking right now are good enough to improve. Low motility per se is not bad and cause infertility.
There is no entity called subsoft semen specimen.
Internationally accepted WHO criteria of semen analysis do not have this word. Hence, I would suggest that you go to your reputed laboratory for semen analysis next time which uses standard WHO semen analysis criteria and words.
Overall, I don’t see a problem in conceiving with above report
