I have read your query and gone through the pictures you have attached. As far as i have observed it looks like cancer sore . For this i will suggest you few measures :

-Avoid hot and spicy food . Take green vegetables in your diet.

- Apply ointment local application containing lignocaine or hexidine gel like Hexigel or Mucopain gel two to three times a day for one week

- Take one capsule of vitamin B complex once a day for 15 days by consulting with local doctor .

- Do warm saline rinse.

- If you have sharp cusps of teeth then consult dentist for cusps grinding.
