There might be multiple reasons for that.
Most likely causes include a trauma to back,muscular stress and injury,partially herniated intervertebral disc,peripheral neuropathy,alcohol use disorders,vitamin B deficiency,amyloidosis,vasculitis,atherosclerosis and paraneoplastic syndrome etc.

Here I would like you to share your personal history.Do you smoke and if yes how many sticks per day?Do you take alcohol and how often?Do you have any comorbid conditions like diabetes?Is there any history of trauma to spine or history of lifting heavy weights ?Have you got your lipid and vitamin B12 levels checked in the recent past?
