Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing here.
I have going through your query.
Imature granulocytes are normally absent from peripheral blood. But small variations outside the normal range do not indicate anything special.
Immature granulocytes are part of your immune system response to infection or inflammation. They come on to help your body fight off infection.

When you have immature granulocytes, your body is showing that it is likely in the early stages of an infection. They may also signal an inflammatory response to an injury or autoimmune condition. But with the other investigation normal, it does not indicate anything.

Presently I would suggest you not to worry about them. Relax.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
