Brief Answer:
Use wet sindoor instead.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Using sindoor is not recommended during pregnancy. It should be avoided specially during first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Dry sindoor can easily spread during application and even afterwards. You can use a liquid sindoor instead to decrease the chances of any particles entering the mouth. The brand name of sindoor does not decrease its lead content.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
All sindoors contain lead.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
All sindoors contain lead for color and it is toxic. Even if it is herbal they have not specified that it is lead free. All such claims are not associated with any scientific evidence.
I have seen the site you specified. But it is all a part of advertisement and extent of truth cannot be determined. Specific contents and source of contents have not been made public.
Hope my answer is helpful.
