Brief Answer:
Nothing

Hello Sir
It's really impressive to see a person at 80 years of age with such a well controlled heart rate and blood pressure.
Sir just relax as both your heart rate and BP are well within normal range.
Just follow your healthy lifestyle habits and you will be all good.
I hope this will answer your query. If you have any doubt you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.
I wish you good health

Hi Doctor !
The reason I ask about my low heart rate is because I am very dizzy and anbalanced.
I like to believe all these will disappear without any treatment. Please confirm.
Thanks You !

Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Sir if you are having symptoms like dizziness I would like to suggest you to get an ECG and serum electrolytes test done.
ECG is just to Ms ke sure that your heart rhythm is a normal sinus rhythm.
And serum electrolytes to confirm whether they are within their normal limits. As these two things can cause dizziness and sense of imbalance.
