I'm tired and just want to sleep. It feels like someone is sitting on my chest. I hear like an ultrasound in my ears. Should I be concerned and go to the hospital?

Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Your BP and HR are within normal range, however since you are experiencing chest discomfort and dizziness you should go to ER in order to exclude any life threatening situation.
In most of the cases your symptoms are related to:
- Cardiac issues (including heart attack and arrhythmia)
- Inner ear problems
This is why you should go to ER.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
