Question: Hi my name is XXXXXXX and I am having high blood pressure, right now it is 170/86 is this too high and should I be see I g a Dr. In the Dr or just watch and see if it goes uh or down

The systolic ( upper) value is high. Do you have any symptoms? Are you on any medicines? If you are on, let me know what they are and I can adjust the dose for you. You should also restrict your table salt, avoid tinned food, eat healthy, do moderate exercise like walking for 30minutes daily and manage stress well through relaxation techniques.
If you have symptoms , you should see your doctor again.
