Brief Answer:
You shouldn't be concerned with the pressure when on warfarin.maintain hydr

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I am Dr . Mody and I would be addressing your concern .
When you are on warfarin there are chances you may bleed importantly neurological bleed when the blood pressure is on higher side , so don't worry about the pressure now (96/50) is on lower side and should not be a problem .
Maintain hydration and if you are on anti hypertensive medication consider adjusting the dose.
However on an important note if at all there is any bleeding , do check hemoglobin as loss of blood may be a reason for lower pressure.
Let me know if any clarification is needed.
