Question: please kindly suggest medicine for these . I was suggested to use benzoyl peroxide for 15 days but nothing good happened. can you please check and suggest any other medicine
Brief Answer:
Dermatitis herpetiformis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have seen the previous images and these seem like dermatitis herpetiformis. It may also be allergic rash.
Do you have any digestion issues?
Do you have similar rash at other places?
Do you have any allergies?
Maybe get checked for gluten insensitivity (celiac disease). The test is IgA anti-tissue transglutaminase antibody.

Brief Answer:
I will still suggest to get the test done
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will still suggest you to get the IgA anti-tissue transglutaminase antibody test. Sometimes it may present with only mild symptoms. The reason is that pimples due to infection and due to other causes will have different treatment. If benzoyl peroxide is not working then its not infection. So antibiotics will also not help. Avoid exposure to dust, bird droppings, etc. Drink cleaner water and take hygienic, balanced food.
In fact applying medicines on normal skin can damage the skin also.
