Question: Has Bupropion been tested in those with adult ADD or ADHD? If so, have there been positive results?

I have read our query and understood your concerns.

In ADHD or ADD there is decrease in neurotransmitter DOPAMINE, so all the drugs that increases the level of dopamine are effective in treatment of the same. Though all the drugs are not equally effective, but there has been improvement. Adderall and vyvanse are the drug of choice but bupropion can be used.
