Is CLIA 4th Generation Test Done Post 28 Days Of Exposure Conclusive?

I had a probable HIV exposure on 11th april and got tested on 10th may, according to the 28 day mark for hiv XXXXXXX 4th gen testing.
The thing is , I first went to one lab and they performed the test but on asking them they weren't clear about the test being 3rd gen or 4th gen , they took it with CLIA method ( report attached) , my result as negative , but at a value of 0.56 ( 0-0.9 range)
I then took another test from lal path labs which was a CMIA 4th gen test which also came negative at
0.1 ( 0-0.9 range)
I'm very confused now, i too two tests on the same day from different labs and both show different figures on the tests ( i've attached the reports, pl have a look)
i just want to know, if these numbers mean anything, because both reports are negative but with different numbers completely.
1.)Is the CLIA test also a 4th gen test? or just an antibody test? And if it's just an antibody test, then why is my value 0.56, whereas the cutoff is 0.9? Should i be worried, that the antibodies are developing but havent developed yet, since it's just been 28 days?
2.) my 4th gen elisa ( cmia method) is 0.1 from the dr. lal pathlabs test, here the value is much lower, why is that so?
3.) do these values mean anything?
4.) am i conclusively hiv negative?
i had low risk exposure of receptive fellatio without ejaculation.
pl answer at the earliest, i'm very scared.
HIV negative in both tests.

Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic. I have gone through the details and can make out your anxiety.
The chances of transmission of HIV by oral sex or fellatio is nil , unless there are bleeding wounds in both in the areas of contact. So the risk is almost nil.
Both the clia and cmia methods are 4th generation tests. It detects both HIV 1&2 antibodies and P24 antigen .They are considered conclusive after 4 weeks by many.
There will be variations in the tests value due to technical variations, or type .Less than 1 values are considered negative. You need not worry about the difference in readings I'm two tests.
It is negative for HIV.
I do not see the possibility of tests coming positive later.
You can get antibodies tests after 3 months to totally allay fears of HIV.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
