There hasn't been enough trials to have proven that Cannabis oil treats cancer. It is a big thing if it was treating cancer and especially if it was treating stage 4 liver cancer. It would have been in all the media.
It has some qualities though, like analgesic as last resort if other medications have not helped, but even in this case it is used only if the benefits are higher then the risks it has, which of course are not few.
