Is Cytotic Safe To Take For Termination Of Pregnancy?

Question: Im 4 weeks. My last period 6 augest i took hcg :218 transvaginal US small fluid in the urerus and thikinning . I took 12 cytotic is it ok? After 48 h now hcg:450 why and small sac in uterus

Cytotec alone is only 90% effective in inducing termination of pregnancy. Mifepristone 200 mg needs to be taken 48 hours before Cytotec (Misoprostol).
Please follow up with the following details so that I can give you a detailed answer
-Did you take Mifepristone before Cytotec?
-Have you started bleeding after taking Cytotec?
-Was the second HCG measurement done 48 hours after completing all the doses of Cytotec?
