I have reihl melanosis. I am under Q switch laser and Peel. Besides am on Vitamin C and Glutathionate supplements. Recently my doc advised me to take doxy with lactic acid.

Am I on the right course for recovery?

Doxycycline has been suggested for 2 weeks for the pimples that have surfaced recently. Should I take it for 2 weeks?

I have had 4 each of Laser and Peels and still have not seen a significant improvement in the hyper pigmentation! I did not see peeling of skin at all after the peeling sessions, should there be visible peels of the skin?

I use a Kojic acid based face wash in the morning, followed by a moisturizer and Sun Screen (SPF 50). I take Gluta and Vit C Tabs after bfast and dinner.
In the night I use Anti Ox + Vit C gel and Melalite 15 or Pigment reducing complex or Ban A XXXXXXX

All of the above I have been continuing for the last 2-3 month, still see no significant improvement in Skin color!

Do you think I should try micro dermabrasion or just continue what I have been doing and wait for the results? I also came across on google about Glutathione soaps, is it any good! would it make any difference?

How long does it take before I or anybody around me can see the return of my original skin color?

I seems to have tried every treatment, cream and medicine to treat Riehls melanosis, with not much luck...can it really be treated or am I simply wasting time and money?
