Question : Is it safe to take Fluoxetine 20 mg and Bupropn 300 mg for diagnosed depression in first trimester of pregnancy?

These tablets are not totally safe especially in first trimester.

Hence I suggest you try to postpone these medicines to second trimester so that the development of baby is not affected.
