Brief Answer:

Follow the advice.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It'll be better not to apply anything to the wound unless absolutely necessary.

It'll heal on its own. However, in this scenario, just wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, and clean the area gently with a spirit swab (also put a gentle amount of pressure for a while on the bleeding points while doing so).

This should take care of it.

It's important to note if you observe the bleeding persisting or any swelling/redness/pus developing around the area, it can be indicative of an infection.

In that case, don't delay anymore and take your daughter to the Pediatrician as there'll be a need for further check-up along with antibiotic therapy.

Meanwhile, keep the area clean and dry.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
