Is GcMAF Therapy Helpful In Cancer Treatment?
Question: Please refer this to Replied by Dr. Srilatha Myaka , because its a follow up to my question 4 days ago.
How about the high does intravenous vitamin C treatment combined with weekly injection of Gc-Macrophage(Gc-MAF), I have been researching and studying other treatments and these have been proven to be effective. What do you think about it and what else can you recommend, my family believe that she will have a break through. Thanks

Brief Answer:
sufficient evidence is not available for Gc-MAF
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I understand your concern.
I have gone through your query.
In my opinion vitamin C is an anti oxidant agent which is very good as a supportive treatment in many cancers.
So you can use vitamin C without any problem.
Regarding Gc-MAF lot of research is going on in central and southeast asia. But most of the clinical trials are only in the beginning phase.
So as per the present evidence and research available treatment with Gc-MAF is not at all suggestable.
So I suggest you to be under the guidance of your oncologist.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
