Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

Gelatin has been used since decades to strengthen nails and skin but there is little scientific and research evidence thay it actaully helps in improving nails and skin.

User accounts and testimonials are conflicting ,this may pe due to genetics, quality of gelatin used and duration of use.

But it has been a trend that the users who have found it useful used Knox gelatin mostly ...daily for 2..3 months continuous.

So I would suggest you to discuss this with your dermatologist and if you want to use it do use it for 2..3 months and see if it helps but again , don't expect it to do something wonderful as there is no scientific proof that it helps..but hope for the best.

I hope this answered your question, a
if you have more please feel free to ask.
