Is HIV 3rd Generation Antibody Test Done 11 Months Post Exposure Conclusive?

Question: I has a sex with unknown person and got tested after 3,7,11 months and test is 3 rd gen hiv 1 and 2 antibody test and results are negative. But last week I went for western blot test and they said they are re testing it due to results are up and down. Aftet I heard this I am scaring like I got hiv. Let me know results are up and down means it is defecting infection?

Hi western blot test results came and they are saying results are intermediate. only one non specific protein is positive. Please suggest me on this. I had a protected sex that time and it is almost 1 year ago.
