Is HIV 4th Generation Test Done 3 Months Post Exposure Conclusive?

Question: Hi, i had sex with sex worker and got hiv 1 and 2 antibody test by ecla method at apollo clinic aftet 3,7 and 11 months and results are negative. Is antibody test is conclusive aftet 11 months or do i need to go for 4 th generation test or pcr rna test.
1. Last test they mentioned hiv 1 and 2 antibody test by enhanced clia method.
2.is clia method means is it accurate test
3.does any person will not form antibodies after 11 months also
4.next month going to get marriage due to this getting more worry. Can i continue with my marriage based on above tests.
5. I am getting throat pains and headache. Is this symptoms of hiv.

Is there any possibility antibody test can not detect hiv even after 11 months. In net I read antigen and antibody duo test for accurate results.

The Antibodies tests are Conclusive after 3 months exposure.They are conclusive even later say 11 months post exposure too. Clia test detects both HIV antigen and Antibodies. It is Negative is Conclusive.

Hope there is no further risk exposure.
The chances of HIV tests coming positive later is nil. There is no need for further HIV tests.
You can forget about the episode and lead a normal life.

Thank you. Actually my worry is I may infected with hiv and antibodies not available in my body. Is it possible in any case antibodies will not be formed after 6 months and how long it will be available in body once antibodies available in body.
