Is HIV RNA PCR Test Done 22 Days Post Exposure Conclusive?

Question: Hello Dr., I was exposed to an HIV positive person through penal inseration six weeks before. I started taking PEP on 13th hour and completed it adherently for 28 days. I did a test by RNA PCR on 22nd day which was negative. Also a 4th generation ab ag test on 14th day and 34th days which was negative. I also did an elisa ab test on four weeks and five weeks post exposure which were negative. Should I be confident enough I have not contracted HIV especially I found out that I already have HSV1. thank you.
Brief Answer:
You are free from HIV so don't get worried or tensed.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Samneshad,
Welcome to HCM.
You had penetrative sex with HIV positive person 6 weeks before and HIV RNA PCR on 22nd day, 4th generation test in 14th & 34th day and ELISA after 4 & 5th week post exposure all were negative than you need not to worry at all as you are absolutely free from HIV even if you are HSV1 positive.
You had also completed PEP which is also in your favor so be relaxed and don't get so much tensed. Having penetrative sex with HIV positive person is high risk behaviour so as your friend I will advice to avoid such unsafe practices to prevent future risk of HIV and other STDs also.
Thank You
