Is HIV P24 Antigen Test Reliable At 7 Months After Exposure?

I have read too many blogs and got confused, so i have the following questions.
1)people say the test at 6 months is confirmatory to only 99% accurate , how long we should wait to get the exact status?
2)And p24 wont be able to find antigens after 6 months and we have to check for antibodies only. some people dont have antibodies even after six months.is it true?is it something like if someone is infected with hiv ,they should have either p24 or antibody at six months? i mean is there any time gap between p24 antigen development and antibody generation.
3)so considering all these ,if i need to do any further testing let me know. i am planing to get married in 2 months, so want to be healthy and have a peace of mind. i have tested twice after 7 months to the exposure with a week gap between two.and both are negative .
5)also i read brust milk doesn't cause hiv transmission ,is it true? i am not sure the bitter taste on her brust is sweat or milk . i just felt to my lips only once. Thanks in advance for your patience in replying this long question. i am so anxiuos so asking all these. thank you vey much.
6)if there is any other confirmatory test i should take let me know.
Your activities carry almost nil risk for HIV. You are free from HIV

Hi,
Welcome to hcm.
Thanks for posting your query.
1. 4th generation COMBO/DUO HIV test 3 months after the activity is almost 99.9% reliable and confirmatory. So your test after 7 months is highly confirmatory. No more test is necessary for you for HIV infection.
2. Those who were on immunosuppressive drugs would have delayed antibody formation, that too not beyond 6 months. So your test is highly reliable. You had the test twice. It amouts to 100% reliable.
3. No further test is necessary. You can get married without any hesitation.
4. All your activities carry almost nil risk for HIV infection. Exposure to breast milk for months together (3-4 months) has 25-30% risk only.
5. Your test is confirmatory. No more test is recommended for you.
Relax and enjoy the future with protected sex.

Hi,
Welcome back.
Kissing over ear and naval area are not deep kissing. Kissing with exchange of saliva or fluids are only deep kissing. Kissing over ear, chest or naval area have no risk for HIV.
Your test is final and very much confirmatory and reliable 100%. You are free from HIV infection. You can get married without any hesitation. Presence of Herpes infection would not interfere with the HIV test results.

as she kissed me with her tongue at the spots mentioned , i though some saliva might get in touch (it is not deep kissing?)
And anyway you are telling test results are confirmatory whatever the exposure i have mentioned , i am feeling happy.
Thank you very much for answering with patience to all the questions.
It is very much sure that you are free from HIV

Hi,
Welcome back
It is not deep kissing.
If her saliva mixed with your saliva, we can consider as deep kissing. All other kissing are not deep kissing.
Your results are very much confirmatory.
