Brief Answer:
You are most likely safe from STDs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. You are most likely safe from STDs. Risk of HIV is there if genital secretions come in contact with mucous membrane. As you didn't had such exposure you are most likely safe. Your tests all are negative also . So there is no need to worry about STDs.
Chicken pox is a viral airborne infection. So the problems you are getting can be the after effects of chicken pox or some other viral infections you got recently. These are usually self limiting and only need symptomatic treatment like NSAIDs (Ibuprofen).
In case of auto immune disease ESR will be raised. In that case you should go for rheumatologic screening test markers as well as consultation with Rheuatologist to rule out auto immune disease. Auto immune disease is not related to STD.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
High Eosinophils are related to allergy most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow u.

High Eosinophil count is most likely due to allergy. It is not related to STD. Pimple like rashes also can be due to allergy. Taking combination of mast cell stabilizers like Monteleukast and anti histamines like Fexofenadine (Montair Fx) will be helpful for this.
I would also suggest deworming by taking single dose of Albendazole as worm infestation also can cause Eosinophilia.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Most likely free from genital herpes.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

You are most likely free from genital herpes. The test window for this is 2 weeks to 6 months. Test is more accurate at 5 months after exposure. Usually it is not indicated if you didn't had any clinical symptoms. Because there is high rate of false positives. As you got a negative value and no clinical symptoms no need to worry about genital herpes.
If uncircumcised the chance of STD spread is high as mucous membrane area is more. Chance of spread of HIV as well a HSV (herpes) is more in uncircumcised. If you already have HSV (Herpes) infection then also chance of acquiring HIV increases through HSV lesions.
