Is HIV Rapid Test Taken At 69th Day After Exposure Conclusive?

I had protected sex with sex worker and this was mine first time. After sex I observed that little bit of my condom was slipped off. But head of the penis was covered. And after removing condom means around one minute later i touched head and tip of my penis. there was no broken in condom. I took HIV AG/AB combo cmia test at 32 days and 43 days both came non reactive. Before taking last test I got fully wet in rain and had very bad cold before only. And climate was too much worst in XXXXXXX because of cyclone effect. at 44 th day I got high fever and cold.I have mild sore throat. I consulted doctor because of fever he did two ceftroxone injection as bacterial infection on 47th day. I took hiv antibody test on 49th day. Result came negative and i took hiv 1 and 2,p24 combo cmia test on 54th day result was negative and again on 61st day I took HIV AG/AB combo cmia test SRL XXXXXXX result was negative. I took rapid test on 69th day result was negative. Now it's 72days I have some pimple on my arm and trunk. I am very anxious whether these are HIV rashes. 1.Are results conclusive? 2. I don't know these are rashes or pimples. Please suggest me doctor.
PCR test for mRNA & visit a dermatologist nearest you
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
I have noted your queries & read your timeline with regards to the tests you have done & the time frames therof & the other doctors' opinions.
Without a visual contact in person, I am afraid I cannot comment on rashes et pimples.
However, what I can tell you objectively is to do a PCR-mRNA test for HIV at any laboratory of your choice. If from XXXXXXX I usually recommend The Central Lab @ XXXXXXX circle above Tata Motors. The report reaches me via a confidential email from the lab.
Following on that, it may be worthwhile to meet a dermatologist closest to you for clarification on the rash as they appear to be unrelated to any HIV infection. If in XXXXXXX you are most welcome @ Vkram Hospital where I consult weekdays 1-4 pm.
Trust this was helpful & once the m-RNA result is negative (& by your history I anticipate it will), forget about it & put this episode behind you. We all do things in life & hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Good Luck & Godspeed.

2. I will take test mentioned by you. Is that HIV RNA PCR test or HIV PCR DNA test or HIV realtime viral load test? Kindly suggest me doctor
PCR test to be done & review in person with any dermatologist/venereologist
Detailed Answer: XXXXXXX
Dont think so much. Do any PCR test...will give you an accurate viral load & copies count etc. By now even a CD4/CD8 count will be useful.
I did not say or mean your results are inconclusive. The fact that you are seeking different opinions means there is a doubt & i merely suggest this test so that ALL doubt is cleared & you can go on with your life.
Good Luck.
