Is HIV Spot Test Done 8 Weeks Post Exposure Conclusive?

Im a heteosexual living in london.
I had two case of possible hiv exposure between 28th of september and 2nd of october. Their status are unknown but they wsre escorts and i had protected oral and V sex with them.
It was the biggest mistake of mylife which i will never repat and i was having worst days my life, living in fear and anxioty. I took rapid test one month later on 5th of october. They took a fringer prick sample of blood and the test checked the immune systems reaction to hiv only( antibody). According to them it will detect most infections within 6 weeks. It came back negative and was such a relife but i realised its not end of story and more i reseached about it more anxious i got and learned aboht window period therefore this time on 25th of november so more than 8 weeks i went to my GP and they took my blood and this time they sent it to lab and hospital. Few days later test came back nagative.
It was very heartwarming and made kinda put the whole thing behind me however recently the anxioty and nervess cams back to me after my girlfriend got a bit sick for couple of days . She had cold and according to her, her eyes and face were burning. We didnt perform any sort of sexual activity in past six months since she was away most of the times. Last week i kissed her and it wasnt deep kising just sucking lips. Im unable to go and check for the third time. Its just byond me and cant deal with the stress of going there.
I read alot about how 12 weeks is just a standard while in fact 8 weeks negative result is conclusive. Im confused. Please help me.
