Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If you have done the test after three months of unprotected intercourse and it is negative, then there is nothing to worry.
There is no risk of the infection in this scenario.

Brief Answer:
Test should be done 3 months after the exposure

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, if the intercourse was done in last week, then the test should be done at least after3 months to confirm the status.
Test immediately after the exposure do not indicate the true status.
