Question: Hello. I wanted to information regarding hiv. Back in April 6 20016. I gave unprotected oral sex to a women who was hiv positive. I tested negative at 5 days after exposure. And I was negative at 4 weeks again. I'm I at risk ?

While you did engage in activity that would be considered high-risk it appears that there is a very low likelihood that you have contracted HIV.

It would be reasonable to repeat the test again in four weeks and at that point if it remains negative then I think you will have confirmation that you have not contracted the virus.

I realize that you're probably experiencing a significant amount of anxiety and worry regarding this. Again I see a very low likelihood that you have contracted the virus. Please have a confirmatory test performed once again in about four weeks and beyond that I don't think any additional testing is needed.
